How Mohamed Lembarki and Ihsane Elkhaldi approach infrastructure, DevOps, delivery engineering, and reliability.

We work where software meets infrastructure: the layer that turns an application into a service people can depend on. Our role is to make that layer repeatable, observable, secure, and easier for teams to operate.

What we do

We design and improve cloud infrastructure, automate environments with Infrastructure as Code, and build delivery pipelines that make releases safer and more predictable. The goal is not automation for its own sake. It is to remove fragile manual work and give developers a clear path from an idea to production.

We also work on the feedback loops around production systems: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts, and service-level objectives. These signals help a team understand what is happening before a small issue becomes a large one.

How we approach the work

Build platforms, not piles of tools

The best internal platforms reduce cognitive load. We connect infrastructure, CI/CD, security controls, and observability into workflows that feel coherent to the people using them.

Make the safe path the easy path

Good defaults are more effective than long rulebooks. Reusable modules, automated checks, progressive delivery, and tested rollback plans allow teams to move quickly without treating safety as a final step.

Design for recovery

No system is perfect. We plan for failure with useful alerts, clear ownership, practical runbooks, backups, and incident reviews that improve the system instead of assigning blame.

  • Cloud & infrastructure: resilient architectures, networking, compute, storage, and cost-aware platform design.
  • Infrastructure as Code: versioned, reviewed, repeatable environments and reusable modules.
  • CI/CD & release engineering: automated testing, artifact management, progressive delivery, and rollback.
  • Containers & orchestration: consistent workloads, scalable runtime platforms, and sensible operational boundaries.
  • Observability & reliability: actionable telemetry, SLOs, incident response, and capacity thinking.
  • Security by design: least privilege, secrets management, dependency hygiene, and automated policy checks.

What success looks like

Success is not a dashboard full of green checks. It is a team that can deploy confidently, diagnose issues quickly, recover calmly, and spend more time improving the product than fighting its infrastructure.

That is the kind of engineering we want to share here: practical, explainable, and built to last.
